    To qualify for this competition, the following terms and conditions apply:

    • Registration must be paid in full before attending the Competition closes 14 June 2014
    • Competition will be drawn at the conference on Friday, 25 July 2014.
    • No correspondence shall be entered into.
    • Employees of Lives Lived Well and their families are not eligible to enter.
    • Winner will be notified in person at the conference and also in writing.
    • Winner will be photographed with the Lives Lived Well CEO accepting the voucher.
    • An article will be written about the winner in the post conference newsletter.
    • The winner is responsible for disclosing the win to their employer or host.
    • Any fringe benefit tax is the responsibility of the winner.
